• How do I place an order?
  • You can place an order by phone, e-mail, or fax

• How do I pay for my order?
  • We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check or money order. You can phone, fax, or e-mail your credit card information to us.

• Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order?
  • After you place your order, we will show you a sample of the artwork. Production does not begin on your order until we receive approval from you.

• How long does it take to receive my order?
• A typical production time line for most custom printed products is 2-3 weeks. This doesn't include shipping time, which is determined by your state. We offer rush service on many items, please e-mail or call us for availability of this service.

• Will I be notified after my order has shipped?
  Yes. Whenever you place an order with Mega Pro, we will assign a rep to your account. They will be in constant communication to let you know all the critical details about your order including shipping and turnaround time. We typically ship through UPS, however, if you prefer another shipping company please let your account rep know.
